Acceptable Use Policy
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies to you, to your team and to any agent acting with your credentials.
Effective 6 September 2026 · version 1.1
01. Prohibited content
- Child sexual abuse material. We report this to the authorities and terminate the account immediately, without notice.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights you do not hold.
- Malware, exploit kits, phishing pages and files designed to deceive a recipient about their origin.
- Content that incites violence or that is unlawful under Indonesian law or the law that applies to you.
- Personal data of others where you have no lawful basis to store or distribute it.
02. Prohibited conduct
- Using the Service as a general content delivery network for a third-party media library, or as free hosting for unrelated websites at scale.
- Creating multiple free accounts, or otherwise circumventing plan limits, quotas or rate limits.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email that links to objects stored with us.
- Probing, scanning or load testing the Service without our written permission, or interfering with other customers.
- Reselling the Service as your own storage product, or sharing credentials outside your organisation.
03. How we enforce it
For most issues we contact you first and give you a reasonable period to fix the problem. Where the breach is serious, ongoing or unlawful, we may throttle the account, disable specific objects or Public URLs, suspend uploads, or terminate the account without prior notice. We keep a record of enforcement actions and will tell you which objects were affected, unless the law prevents it.
04. Reporting abuse
Send reports to support@nucifra.com with the Public URL or object address, a description of the problem and, for rights claims, evidence that you hold the right and a statement made in good faith. We acknowledge reports within two business days and act on verified claims.
